Supporting governments in formulating and advocating for evidence-informed, health system strengthening policies;
Inclusive health policy and sustainable health financing with a specific focus on post-Soviet countries, Vietnam, Belize, Philippines;
Strengthening health management and health governance to ensure universal health coverage;
Developing public-private partnerships and initiatives in social sectors (including pre-feasibility studies and capacity building);
Designing and implementing a structured national health policy dialog and communications process towards key stakeholders;
Monitoring and evaluating TA programs (EU, GIZ, Global Fund), including assessment of the budget support eligibility criteria for EU sector reform contracts;
Supporting governments in defining the results-oriented budgetary allocating norms for the health sector to increase transparency and accountability for the allocated funds;
Planning and organizing large-scale training and networking activities for public servants.

Identifying project opportunities and strategic business development in health and social sector worldwide;
Preparing complete bid offers, including development of the methodological approach, recommendation, and selecting consultants, preparing project budgets for GIZ-, EU-, KfW-, WB-, and ADB-financed projects;
Fact finding missions, negotiations, and monitoring missions;
Managing EU framework contracts;
Quality assurance/review of expert reports in areas of EU budget support, EU sector reform contracts, PPP in health, health financing, quality in health care, public health;
